Five Year Prime Contract for Dispute Resolution Services

On February 19, 1999, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded MNG and a team of subcontractors and consultants a five year Prime Contract for Dispute Resolution Services. The list of subcontractors and consultants includes many distinguished names in the field of environmental dispute resolution, including James H. Keil and ADR Vantage Inc.. These subcontractors have resolved disputes on relevant topics under all of EPA's major statutes and have participated in alternative dispute resolution processes as evaluators, convenors, facilitators, mediators and arbitrators across all EPA regions.
